Yes, absolutely. If you send in a high quality scan or photo of your pet's paw print, I would love to include the print with your pet's portrait. There is never an extra charge for this. ❤

These things happen! My policy is to hold on to clients' final files for one year. If it has been more than an year since you ordered your piece, there is still a good chance I'll have your files, but I can't make guarantees. Please message me and I'll be happy to assist you with ordering a replacement. All I'll ever charge is the cost of printing and shipping. ❤

1. After placing your order, I'll ask you for 1-3 quality photos of your portrait subject on the next business day. Feel free to send photos early if you're excited!

2. After photos are received, I'll get to work on your custom piece! This can take 1-2 weeks. If your piece is time sensitive, please message me. I will always work with your timeline if it is physically possible.

3. When initial art is finished, I will send you a proof & ask for any revisions or edits you'd like. We can tweak as many times as necessary until you love it!

4. Once you're totally satisfied, I'll submit your approved files for production.

5. You'll receive a tracking # as soon as it ships, and your piece will arrive safely packed & ready to gift. Thank you! ♥

While I don't offer paper gift wrapping, each item from Rach Marie Studio is treated like a gift, free of charge. Prices are never listed on the packing slip, and each mug and candle is placed in a cellophane bag, tied with ribbon, and placed in a white gift box. Even small items like bandanas will arrive in a cute cellophane bag and sealed with a sticker!

If you would like a personalized gift message included with your order, please let me know, and I will be happy to include it. There is no extra charge for adding a gift message. ♥

Mugs: All ceramic mugs at Rach Marie Studio are dishwasher and microwave safe, with the exception of the gold and silver color due to the metallic finish. Glass mugs are hand-wash only and not microwave safe.

Coasters: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Candles: Never leave a candle burning unattended, and keep the flame away from flammable items, children, and pets.

Blankets: All blankets are machine washable. Tumble dry.
